Job description
We have are currently recruiting for an Team leader / Supervisor role for our client, based within the Flint area, starting immediately.
* Holding an FLT Counterbalance licence would be advantagous.
* Building strong relationships with customers.
* Managing and leading the team.
* Working outdoors, on the yard and include of the warehouse
* Managing the smooth running of the site.
General tiding up and ensuring that all Health and Safety is being adhered to. A good knowledge of H&S would be essential.
Working hours:
They are currently working 7am to 7pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-5pm on Friday. They are hoping to go to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
7am to 7pm | 7pm to 7am
Rate of pay is £26,000per year.
Potentially temp to perm for the right candidate.
Rate of pay will be reviewed when permanent.
