The Company:
Our client is an International Company, part of a well known group and operate across Europe

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support the Sales team in order to develop the growth of the business on the French market

The Role:
– To maintain strong relationship with existing and new distributors
– To deal with Customers enquiries on a daily basis
– To ensure on-time deliveries
– To provide quotation and follow up on enquiries
– To ensure the right pricing for products
– To provide accurate information regarding products
– To identify sales leads and refer them to the Sales Managers
– To resolve issues and deal with complaints in a professional and efficient manners

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English & French (written & spoken)
– Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management and/or Sales
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
– Computer literate (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word…)
– Able to work under a minimum supervision within a fast paced environment

Salary:
£26,000 – £26,400 per year + Benefits (25 days holidays + Pension scheme after 3 months probation period)
