An established provider of affordable housing within the Birmingham area is immediately seeking experienced customer service advisors to join a fast paced customer focused environment.

Due to a recent increase in workload a customer service advisor is now required to assist with all housing related enquiries.
Key duties:

• Provide excellent customer service over the telephone, via e-mail and face to face to existing residents
• Sign post enquiries to relevant departments such as Housing Management, Repairs and Supported Housing.
• Use in house systems and microsoft packages to log enquiries and calls
• Provide administrative support to line managers where required

You will also have:

• Experience handling housing related enquiries within a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with residents.
