Finance Business Partner

Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for two exciting roles for our client based in the East Midlands. They are a housing provider with a social heart who look to create opportunities that change lives. With ambitious growth plans over the next five years these new roles would be crucial to their development.

A brief of the roles is below, please note this is a permanent, full time role which is looking to start as soon as possible.

* Provide support to the Financial Controller, management team and budget holders by providing accurate, insightful and forward-thinking financial analysis

* Actively lead the budget and forecast process, assist with the production of the monthly management reports

* Support the Financial Accounts Manager with year-end reporting

* Working closely with budget holders and stakeholders and taking the financial lead in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

* Proactively monitor business performance, highlight risks, and work with the management team to take corrective action

* Take responsibility for accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, specific areas of income and expenditure

* Support the production of quarterly and annual regulatory and statutory accounts and reports

* Responsible for maintaining the Chart of Accounts, and systems administration in other finance systems

To apply candidates must be a Qualified Accountant and ideally have experience in the social housing sector.
