On Line People are looking for tech savvy Inbound Call Centre Advisors for our busy client based on the Europarc, Grimsby.
This is a temporary role expected to last between 8 and 12 weeks and there is the opportunity for this to become permanent for the right candidate.
Your primary duties will be fielding incoming customer calls, assisting with any queries and providing excellent customer service.
Skills required:
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to learn new computer systems
* A passionate approach to customer service
* Capability to work well under pressure whilst multitasking
* Previous customer service experience is desirable although full training will be given
Hours – Monday to Friday 8:30 until 17:30
Salary: £26,000per year
