Salary: £36,767 per year
An excellent education provider is looking to recruit a Training & Development manager, to work on a full-time permanent basis, starting ASAP. Located in North Somerset
The person appointed will lead a team of staff in the delivery, assessment and development of high quality, Apprentice centred provision from Level 3 and above within the Faculty of Computing and Digital Technologies.

The salary range for this position is
- £36,767
- full-time
- Permanent
To be considered, suitable candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Manage a partial case load
- experience or the desire to manage over 100 level 6 apprentices’
- Manage the apprenticeships
- handle reviews
- maintain relationships with employers
- Some IT experience would be beneficial
- Assessing qualifications are essential
- have accountability and manage a 1-2-person team
- Skilled on ACE 360 & Smart assessor
- experience as an assessor
- Detailed knowledge of degree level apprenticeships
