Part Time Customer Service Advisor

My client, who are the UK number one in the sector they operate in, are recruiting for Customer Service Advisers to join them on a permanent basis. You will be joining the Product Replacement Team & working in a call centre environment. You do not have to come from a call centre background – you just need to be over 18, motivated & enthusiastic!

Job Summary:
To ensure that all calls are handled in a professional manner, conforming to regulations whilst meeting and exceeding service levels, and key performance indicators.

The post holder shall:
* Provide outstanding customer service through verbal and non verbal interactions
* Accurately record data
* Ensure that customer requirements are met
* Undertake general housekeeping duties as required
* Remain pleasant polite and always professional whether face to face or via telephone
* Must ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
* Maintain a full working knowledge of the client’s products, services, special offers and promotions;

A DBS check & Credit Check will be required for candidates.

Hours of Work:
20 hours per week Monday – Friday, 4pm – 8pm.
The contract will be fully flexible 8am – 8pm, Saturdays & Sundays may be introduced depending on company needs.
£26,000 per year basic Plus Commission

Your first four weeks will be training & the hours for training will be 4:30pm – 9:30pm.
