Part Time Receptionist (10 Month Contract)

My client is a very successful food production Company based in Bolton and requires a Receptionist to work 8am-5pm, Monday-Wednesday. The successful candidate will agree holidays with the current receptionist and will be required to cover any holidays.

The role will involve:
* Answering phone calls and dealing with queries from large clients.
*Meeting and greeting clients
*Postal duties
*Inputting invoices on to system
*Arranging travel

This role requires an experienced receptionist with a friendly, competent and professional manner, ideally with experience of the said aspects above.
