Receptionist – Part Time

Your new company
A leading distribution business within the Horwich area of Bolton are actively seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a part time basis. Working with contractors across the UK, this business supply furniture for any new offices for companies UK wide. As a part time receptionist you will have the opportunity to work within a modern and well presented front office to support with a high volume of calls.

Your new role
As a part time receptionist, you will have the opportunity to either work mornings or afternoons from Monday to Friday each week. The hours for this role will include 8.30am – 1pm or 1pm – 5.30pm. You will also receive an early finish on a Friday of either 12.15pm for 4.15pm. As a receptionist you will be responsible for liaising with any visitors that walk into the business after the security gate and deal with their queries or give out regular visitor passes. This role will also involved working on a witch board and dealing with a high volume of calls.

What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed within this role, you will have the experience working on a front of house Reception with a professional appearance and telephone manner. With this role including working with a high volume of calls throughout the day, you will be use to working within a fast paced environment and support colleagues with any general administration tasks.
