Role: 2nd Line Support Analyst
Salary: £28,800 – £33,600depending on experience
Location: West Bristol (m5 corridor, North Somerset, South Gloucester)
2nd line support analyst required to join an expanding company on the outskirts of Bristol and North Somerset. The role requires a good team player with an adaptable and flexible approach who is an excellent communicator.
Technical skills below:
- Microsoft qualification or equivalent (MCP) or Microsoft Certified Specialist (MCTS)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Windows desktop operating systems knowledge
- Windows server operating systems
- MS Active Directory and Group Policy
- MS Exchange
- DNS and understanding of internal networks
