IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
My client in Peterborough are currently recruiting for a 2nd Line IT SUpport Technician.
The role is to deliver IT support to customers with first class customer service. You will be supporting a wide variety of businesses with hardware and software by telephone, remotley and onsite.
Experience is essential along with Laptop & Desktop support, Networking (Lan & Wan) Support, Routers & Internet Technologies, Back-up Configuration and exposure to a support environment.
