Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
Anderson Knight are recruiting a Recruitment Partner, working exclusively with a client based in Glasgow. The client offers hybrid working options and a bonus scheme along with other excellent benefits.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaising with line managers regarding their recruitment needs
* Source candidates using a wide variety of recruitment tools
* Screen & shortlist ensuring the requirements of the role are adhered to
* Manage applicants through the clients ATS
* Work closely with key stakeholders, effectively balancing issues such as speed, cost and diversity
* Involvement in key projects across the wider recruitment team
Role Requirements
* Atleast 2 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
* Confident in your ability and able to use your initiative
* To be a good team player
* Experience of working in a fast paced environment
* Have a candidate and stakeholder focused attitude
* Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the team when required
