Health and Social Care Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £144 – £216 per day

FRONTrunner MDH (medical / dental / healthcare) are part of FRONTrunner Recruitment based in Watford, we are well established, we are professional, and we are a small company with big ideas and are not going to let this beat us. We are looking for recruiters with experience within health and social care recruitment.

To be successful in this role you need:-

* At least 6 months of successful recruitment experience within the health and social care sector for permanent recruitment

* Experience working towards and surpassing recruitment and revenue targets

* Strong written and spoken skills

* A drive to progress and earn good commission

Salary / Benefits

* Basic salary of 20k and that rising to 25k basic once you have hit your first 12k invoiced in a month (this will be your consultants monthly target)

* Monthly commission from 20-30% of what you invoice for the company
