In-House Recruitment Resourcer

We have an exciting opportunity for an In-House Recruitment Resourcer to join our team based in Bolton. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a Salary: £26,000 – £26,400.

IDH is the leading dental corporate in the UK with a network of over 660 practices nationwide and growing. We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our high performing Resourcing Team based at the support centre in Bolton.

In-House Recruitment Resourcer – Key Accountabilities

– Screening candidates (dentists, locums, hygienists and specialists) across the UK and Europe and matching them to suitable job roles

– Head-hunting and researching the job market to establish hiring potential within a given region

– Searching the database for candidates and being creative with sourcing methodologies including the use of social media and other sourcing tools

– Exploring employment opportunities with candidates

– Searching job boards and writing adverts for each role you are recruiting for

– Generating referrals, networking and headhunting to build the candidate database

– Attending exhibitions and events as required to build the candidate pipeline further

– Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews between candidates and operations teams

– Talking candidates through the compliance process and documentation required

– Drawing up contract requests for the Recruitment Administration Team

– Maintaining consistent candidate communication

– Gaining strong knowledge of the dental industry

– Understanding and collating compliance for applicants

– Supporting the RRBP with the administrative resource planning tasks for example, data entry and telephone calls to establish surgery space

In-House Recruitment Resourcer – Skills/Capabilities

– You will be a confident communicator, as this role will involve constant interaction with a range of people at different levels and from different backgrounds

– Knowledge of the full recruitment process is desirable

– You will have an enthusiastic and pro-active approach, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

– Candidates will ideally have previous resourcing experience, with knowledge of sourcing candidates through job boards, social media such as LinkedIn etc. and other attraction methodologies.

– Experience of working in a healthcare environment is desirable but not essential

– Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel

– You should have the ability to build strong relationships, have a strong focus on customer service and the ability to deal with people at all levels

– Strong organisational skills as this role will involve managing volume requirements

– Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

– Strong collaborative skills and superb attention to detail
