A&d Business Manager

Salary: £52,800 – £60,000 per year

Ferco Seating – part of the global Kotobuki group – is currently recruiting for a A&D Business Manager to work with clients in the London area.

In this key role you will be arranging and attending meetings and CPD presentations in order to increase Ferco brand awareness amongst architects, designers and other key stakeholders. By representing the business and presenting valuable sector insights to these potential clients you will generate sales leads, build relationships and ultimately gain specifications for Ferco’s seating solutions.

With an emphasis on developing new opportunities, you will incorporate elements of lead generation, business development, project sales and account management to target principal A&D contacts (significantly weighted towards higher education building projects).

Key responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and engage with relevant project stakeholders (architects, designers, planners, university estates managers, etc.)

* Provide technical guidance to architects, designers and contractors through presentations and meetings

* Educate project stakeholders on the proper use, advantages and value of Ferco seating solutions through CPD presentations

* Maintain long-term relationships as well as developing new accounts

* Provide relevant technical information to project stakeholders at every stage of the specifications process.

* Update the company CRM and report accurate information to the Technical Sales team
