As a Business Manager with Minster, you will empower and energise your team in order to provide every customer with an exceptional service. You’ll be tasked with building relationships with our internal and external customers, whilst ensuring the branch operates in a safe manner and in line with all company policies and procedures.

As a Business Manager you will:

Lead, inspire and motivate an ambitious team to promote Minister as the fastest growing national specialist insulation and dry lining distributor in the UK.
Implement and deliver an excellent customer experience, maintaining strong effective relationships with both local customers and suppliers.
Monitor KPIs for the branch and look for new ways to innovate and drive growth for the business and be responsible for the P&L of the business.
Ensure the branch operates according to Saint Gobain’s Safety and Wellbeing principles to create a safe working environment.Am I who you are looking for?

To be suitable for the Business Manager role, you will:

Have had experience within a merchanting/construction industry would be an advantage
Have a strong background in management and empowering your colleagues.
Can demonstrate achieving over and above targeted KPI’s.
Have a strong commercial and financial awareness.
Are resilient by nature and confident in managing conflict.
