Water Treatment Business Development Manager

Our client is a UK FTSE 250 Business that provides services within facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses.

The company have recently been growing their Water Treatment Division and are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team in London.

This role is a pure new business sales position within the industrial chemical water treatment. Must have experience in field sales in industrial water treatment. Must have extensive knowledge of cooling towers, steam boilers and legionella control.

The successful candidates will be aspirational, highly motivated professionals with a proven record of generating and developing sustainable water treatment (or related) business within commercial and/or industrial and/or public property services maintenance sectors. Candidates will be expected to both develop further business with existing clients and to generate business via their own initiative and efforts.
Ideal candidates for this role will have specific experience of implementing, managing and monitoring water treatment programmes for commercial and industrial water systems, in particular cooling tower, steam raising and closed water systems. A minimum of three years experience in a similar role will be required along with a driving license.
