Refrigeration Service Supervisor

My client are an international, market leading refrigeration manufacturer supplying commercial and industrial refrigeration plant and installations throughout Europe with an opening for a Service Supervisor to join their UK operations in the North.
The ideal candidate will have experience servicing and maintaining a range of commercial refrigeration plant in supermarkets and experience working with CO2 cascade systems and industrial plant using ammonia.
You will be required to oversee a range of service partners throughout the North of England to ensure the customer receives the best possible service and any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
Duties include:
Adjust controllers according to the relevant setting list – make spot checks via the dial in facility and advise the service partner if they are reoccurring faults on the same systems
Always in close contact with the call centre to keep up to date about the current service activities and problems
Always in close contact with service and installation partners to solve problems and answer questions
Supplie service and installation partners with the latest setting list and information
Be the main contact for the store Manager and advise when cabinets are damaged, overloaded or due for a clean
Deal with the spare part requests form partners or situations discovered whilst on site
Go to site with the service partner when complex service works are to be carried out
Be present on site for first time projects to support installation partners.
Complete spot checks on service partners after maintenance visits.
Check that the equipment is fully operational and no parts are missing
Does spot checks on asset register sheets filled out by the project manager
For the right candidate a basic salary circa £48,000will be on offer plus a company car and benefits.
