Job Title: M&E Supervisor- Building Services

Location: East Midlands & South Yorkshire

Salary: £38,400+ Vehicle + Package

We are working with a leading Building Services company who are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic M&E Supervisor to lead a team of Engineer’s covering North Derbyshire, Chesterfield & Sheffield.

The Role

– Reporting directly into Regional Account Manager
– Leading a team of Maintenance Engineers
– Provide hands on engineering- including diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment
– Liaise with clients ensuring positive customer relationships
– Conduct audits of van stock and completed PPM works
– Ensure extra contract works are agreed and completed
– Assist in recruitment process

The Candidate

– Will hold a formal Engineering qualification i.e. 17th Edition, F Gas or ACS gas codes
– Will have excellent knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical building services
– Will have a strong background in maintenance engineering
– Will be customer facing and able to communicate effectively with both client and colleagues
– Will ideally have experience of leading a team of engineers
– Will hold a full UK driving license
