Customer Service Coordinator (Security Industry)

Our client, an established facilities company, is looking for a coordinator to operate the in house security system.

Responsibilities
Operating Alarm and CCTV systems
Liaising with clients and customers
Working alone as support and management
Background using Microsoft office packages including e-mail
Database and Software management

Ability to make decisions under pressure
Technically minded

Continental 12 hour shifts 4 on 4 off days and nights.
