Customer Service Advisor

Our client, a provider of motor claims and accident management support services based in Kidderminster, requires an experienced and focused Customer Service Assistant to work within their Claims Management department.

The successful candidate should possess a strong/recent background of office based telephone work, be able to demonstrate customer service experience to the highest level, with excellent organisation, admin and people skills. The role will involve taking initial new claim call and monitoring progress of the claim through to completion, by liaising with clients, customers and insurance companies and offering a range of support services while dealing with complex queries. You will also be required to contact clients in order to sell the companies services, however, there is no cold calling involved.

This is an extremely busy role, so strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload while under pressure is essential.
