Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the recruitment of a Customer service coordinator to join the team on an initial temporary basis with a potential to lead to a permanent role.
The is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and we are looking for a great communicator, who is confident in liaising with customers and internal teams and wants to work for a fantastic company.
As a customer coordinator you will be responsible for the receipt of customer orders and accurately inputting these orders into the system while ensuring all customer SLA’s are met through developing and implementing service excellence.
You will also be responsible for liaising with internal departments and customers as and when required.
