The Company:
Our client is a well established manufacturer with a huge presence worldwide.

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for customers within both the UK and France, dealing with all enquiries and processing orders.

The Role:
-Liaising with third parties to ensure that all deliveries are made on time
-Processing customer orders using the company’s IT system
-Coordinating with various departments within the company
-Handling all customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, both on the telephone and over email
-Dealing with credit notes and inputting credit card payments onto the system
-Translating documents regarding product information
-Working alongside the Sales Manager to develop the business within the French and UK markets

The Candidate:
-Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
-Previous experience within a customer service role
-Knowledge of CRM systems
-Other European languages would also be an advantage
-High level of commercial awareness
-Computer literate
-Strongly organised
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver
-Car ownership is essential as area not easily accessible via public transport

Salary: circa £26,000 per year + benefits (25 days holiday, pension scheme, private healthcare, childcare vouchers)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm (every second Friday 11.45 finish)
