The Job

Managing a very busy trade desk for a huge merchant in Birmingham. You will be experienced in Trade sector and have a a solid knowledge of the market. The role will be to develop new business, increase customer spends and develop your team. The small team you manage will be set targets and rewarded for their performance. 

What we need

A solid background in the trade sector, flexible if its construction plumbing or electrical. The candidate will have lots of energy and passion and the ability to inspire his teams. Understanding of how to manage a sales desk and a willingness to learn the products and become a market leader. The branch has a GM which you will report into, and you will have 4 peers so you need to be able communicate at all levels.
