Salary: £42,000 – £50,400 per year
Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Supervisor / Sales Team Manager required to join a distributor of electrical, industrial control and automation products. This is an excellent opportunity to support a Branch with a multimillion-pound turnover and to join a leading distributor with nationwide coverage.
The successful Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Supervisor will have proven experience in branch supervision / management and knowledge of industrial automation products.
Package
£35K – £42K depending on experience

Role
Supervising / managing day to day operations of a multimillion-pound turnover branch
Support the Branch Manager and deputise in their absence
Drive sales growth and company performance
Products include electrical, control & automation products
Working for a leading distributor of electrical, industrial control and automation products
Provide effective leadership to staff
To set objectives for the branch and monitor branch performance
P&L Management
Sales Planning, Targeting & Reporting
Recruitment & training of staff
Branch based
Requirements
Proven experience in branch management / supervisory experience
A background as an Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Supervisor / Sales Team Manager / Sales Manager
Knowledge of electrical, industrial control and automation products
