Italian Speaking Call Centre Agent

Baltic Recruitment are currently looking to recruit fluent Italian Speakers to work on a long term Call Centre based contract based in Durham City.

Applicants must have the ability to speak fluent Italian and English.

Main duties of the role are:
Fact finding calls to International companies
Liaising with companies in Italian and English language
Speaking to key decision makers via telephone and email
Logging key information onto an in house system
Providing an excellent level of Customer Service

The right applicant will have exceptional comuncation skills, both oral and written.

We have both Full and Part time roles available.
£26,000 per year + Bonus
Monday to Friday working between 8am and 8pm
Start dates are to be confirmed.
