Outbound Call Centre Agent
£21,000 – £23,000 salary plus uncapped commission

There is a fantastic opportunity for an Outbound Call Centre Agent. There is no previous experience required as full training is provided.
You need a very good phone manner, confident, outgoing, tenacious and a desire to succeed.
In the role of Outbound Call Centre Agent, you will:
- Make outbound calls to develop customer relationships
- Answer questions
- Close customer for on-line meetings
- Professional follow up
- Manage CRM databases
- Working in a team and on your own
