Call Centre / Customer Service Agent, Inbound Representative

Europe’s largest corporate travel company is looking for reliable and friendly Inbound Call Centre Agents/ Customer Service Representatives to be based in our Central London head office.

The role is purely inbound-only, with a focus on Customer Service and speed/ efficiency of work. Agents will take inbound calls from clients who are looking to make bookings.

Main duties include:

Answer incoming calls from National and Global customers
Enter booking details onto the system as efficiently as possible, and resolve any queries along the way
Support email enquiries
Always dealing with customers, clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner, in-line with the company brand
Liaise with all departments across the business, to ensure the timely and professional delivery of services.There are a variety of different shifts and start-times available; Mornings, Afternoons, Nights and Weekends.

You will be working 5 days out of every 7, which will include weekend work. Please state on your CV what your preferred shift would be.

You will receive a basic Salary: £26,000per year, with a realistic monthly bonus structure of between £100 and £26,000 per year. Additional salary information:£26,000per year basic salary, plus £26,000 per year uncapped bonus

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience within a Contact Centre isn’t necessarily essential, though is preferred
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have work experience in a Customer Service-related position (Retail, Hospitality, Sales, etc.)
Fantastic telephone manner
Strong IT and data-entry/ typing skills
