Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client in East Grinstead are looking for experienced Call Centre/Customer Service Agents for temporary work and fixed term contracts for up to 6 months
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answer incoming calls in an efficient and polite manner
* Be a point of referral and customer service on any aspect of the Company’s products and services.
* Provide first point of contact by booking holiday reservations
* Monitor, report and manage any customer service processing backlogs.
* Accurately report all incoming queries on a daily basis.
* Any other reasonable duties as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* High volume call centre experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Accurate and thorough written communication skills
* A car driver would be desirable due to the location of the company – off street parking 10 mins walk
