Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is looking for Outbound Telephone Banking Advisors to join their well established site in Belfast. You will be contacting existing bank customers who have expressed their interest in conducting a financial review and booking them in for an appointment at their local branch. No cold calling will be involved, it will be warm calling. You will be providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and leaves the customer with a full understanding of the financial review process.
Applicants must have previous customer service experience, with the ability to work to targets and KPI’s. Applicants should demonstrate they can put the customer first, fulfil their needs and leave the customer happy to be a part of the banking process.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 12pm to 8pm, and Friday, 10am – 6pm, creating a 35 hour working week.
NO WEEKEND WORK.
Hourly Salary: is £26,000per year, paid weekly every Friday.
