Junior Broker

This role would suit a Graduate or Trainee Candidate looking to get into a business focused environment and financially driven atmosphere.

The qualities we would look for in a Graduate or Trainee are:

* A Hard work ethic
* An entrepreneurial spirit
* Self confident and self motivated
* Money motivated attitude
* The willingness to work in a busy, fast- paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of the financial market

Desirable skills needed are:

* At least 6 months of brokering or telesales experience
* Worked within a business or financial environment
* Worked in a target based environment
* Relevant business, finance, economic or sales diploma or bachelor’s degree

First year earnings can expect to be anywhere from £19k – £40k but bonus earnings are uncapped so this could raise.
