Customer Services 18 Month Contract

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for an 18 month fixed term contract in Customer Services to cover for maternity leave, in one of our well established, Newbury based clients.

There will be a good handover period for training, but you must have office experience to apply for this position.

Duties will include taking orders from customers via phone and email and following the order through to delivery, dealing with all admin/coordination/liaisons and any problems along the way.

Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Attention to detail is a must for this position as well as the ability to handle a bit of banter!
