Membership Administration

Salary: £26,000 per year

One to One Recruitment are working exclusively with the British and International Golf Greenkeepers Association (BIGGA) based in Easingwold to recruit an Administrator to join a supportive and collaborative team.

The Administration department is the main point of contact for most inbound communication to the Association and therefore customer service skills are essential. The department has two key areas of responsibility:

– Membership administration

– Learning & Development administration

A typical day will look like this:

Membership administration

·Processing member renewals & new member applications

·Responding promptly to enquiries from current and prospective members, the general public and other industry bodies by phone, email, in writing or via the website, and following up with an agreed timeframe

·Liaising with the Member Services team on membership issues

·Supporting the L&D team’s administrative requirements

·Utilisation of the CRM Database by maintaining and updating the membership record database

·Providing membership data for relevant departments

Knowledge, skills and abilities

·Excellent communication and customer service skills

·IT literacy with high attention to detail

·Understanding of CRM system or similar with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

·The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments, members and suppliers

·Excellent organisational, written and verbal skills
