Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Mon – Fri 9 – 5.30
Location: Coventry and WFH (hybrid)
Salary: £38,400+ (based on experience and skill set)
Due to the success and growth of the team, we are looking for an experienced individual, innovative by nature with high attention to detail to join the team as an application support analyst. This is a fantastic role working for a head office location.
You will be joining during a very exciting and busy time, with upcoming launches and projects to get involved in and contribute to. You will be joining a strong team who works collaboratively but will still have the chance to also make your own mark and contribution to work you do.
To be considered, you must have some previous experience in supporting applications – this is very important.

The following is important for this role:
• Exposure to SQL
• Experience of providing support for multiple applications within a business
• Previous experience of providing support, at least at 2nd line level
The role will involve:
• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to the support desk for issues relating to business applications
• Project management
• Working on new launches and releases within the business
• Working through a queue of tickets raised
• Dealing with software upgrades and installations
• Providing payroll support for departments
• Working within a team towards common goals
