Customer Service Equine Insurance Claims Handler

We have a great job opportunity for a Customer Service Insurance Claims Handler to work in the Equine Department of our York City centre client.

You will be speak to new and existing policy holders to either set up new equine insurance claims or answer queries regarding existing claims. This information will be logged onto the in-house company database.

This is a varied and interesting role and you will be working as part of a busy team.

Knowledge and/or experience of horses would be a great advantage.

The working hours are 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day with an hour for lunch. There is a rota of shifts and the hours are between 8am and 6pm.
