Customer Advisor – Personal lines Insurance
Salary: £26,000 per year+ £300 – £400 Bonus per month
Preston

Hours: 9am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday -1 Wednesday per month 9 – 19:30 and 1 Saturday 9:30 – 13:30

We are recruiting for a leading specialist insurer in Preston with a fantastic reputation, they are currently expanding their personal lines insurance division and looking for people with an exceptional customer service background to join their expanding team. The company offer a great package paying up to £26,000basic salary with uncapped monthly bonuses of £300-400. The company have ambitious growth plans and are looking to expand significantly over the next couple of years so there are excellent prospects for development. The company also offer a great benefits package including share save scheme, free parking & up to 25 days holiday.

As a Customer Advisor you will be taking inbound calls providing quotes for new insurance policies and retaining and renewing existing customer’s policies. You will also provide first class customer service and look for opportunities to upsell and cross sell where appropriate and in the best interests of the customer. People who can genuinely build rapport and enjoy building relationships with customers will excel in this role and soon be building a long term career with excellent progression opportunities.

We are looking for candidates with;

Experience in customer service and absolutely fantastic customer care skills
Telephony or Call Centre customer service experience
A positive attitude and passionate about delivering outstanding service for customers
A fantastic telephone manner

Enthusiastic bubbly personality with a strong work ethic
