Customer Service Administrator

An excellent temporary opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in High Wycombe as a Customer Service Administrator. As part of the team, you will be scheduling engineers and co-ordinating logistics within the Operations department. This booking will be until the end of March 2024 with a potential to extend.

  • Job Type: Temporary
  • Salary: £12 – £14 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Location: office based
  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Mon – Fri – 7.30am – 4pm

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and scheduling engineer diaries in conjunction with Operations Management
  • Ensuring all telephone calls received are answered & actioned in an efficient & polite manner.
  • Following company booking-in procedures at all times
  • Updating the database with customer details
  • Co-ordinating emails and ensuring they are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.

The successful Customer Service Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Assertive with a professional approach to all aspects of work
  • Quick to learn processes and systems
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to team environments
