Graduate Accounts Assistant and Bookkeeper – Dudley HQ – Home Based until circa July 2022 60/40 office after that.

Working with the leadership team but organising and managing day to day accounts and bookkeeping duties!
An all action top to bottom assistant accountant role / Finance Manager / bookkeeper role working directly with the Ops Director.

What would we like you to have?
* Strong and relevant qualifications and education
* Wonderful desire and communication skill sand be on the up. Want to grow and progress!
* Relevant finance or accountancy qualification (AAT / ACA / ACCA)
* Accounting software experience (Accounts and Payroll)
* Understanding of business strategy and the role of different functions
* Experience of reporting at a senior / board level
* Drive, initiative, confidence, tenacity
* Team player mentality, happy to muck in
* Wide-ranging capabilities including good IT / admin skills
* Attention to detail / presentation skills
