Account Manager

With an established client base, your primary focus will be to maintain our high levels of service and industry leading retention rates. This is an interesting and challenging role that covers all aspects of our suite of products. You will be expected to create monthly reports, along with providing analysis and search marketing advice as required. A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook) is a must; as are time management and strong communication skills. Specific industry experience would be a distinct advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided, in terms of product knowledge. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a truly consultative role within a growing company, based in Central Manchester.
