In order to thrive as one of the Sales and Business Development members within the Grantify team, you will have the following skills, experience and personality traits:
*
Account manager in tech/IT product sales.
*
Ideally, 2-5 years’ sales experience.
*
You’ll have a basic understanding of tech and be scientifically literate e.g. able to hold a conversation discussing AI, machine learning, blockchain, etc to the level that you can converse with founders who are passionate about these topics.
*
Zero cold outreach as their marketing is on point and working very well; it’s all inbound calls and all calls are vetted before speaking to them for eligibility etc. so your role is to speak with interested, vetted potential clients every day.
*
Experience of working well from home; you know what it takes to self-motivate and optimise your working environment at home.
