Key Accounts Support Executive NG4

Robertson Recruitment are seeking a Key Accounts Support Executive to join our client based in Nottingham, who are highly renowned for their fantastic customer service and friendly working environment.

Due to a recent expansion, we are requiring a Key Accounts Executive to support them on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next career move within customer service or someone that has relevant experience within Key Accounts.

This position will include the following responsibilities:

JOB ROLE

• Exceptional levels of customer service
• Develop relationships with Key Accounts
• Acting in a professional manor when dealing with the customer on behalf of the key accounts
• Monitor and manage customer’s online accounts
• Ensuring all service level agreements are met
• Daily running of reports and high levels of data manipulation required
• Understanding customer circumstances and resolving them within a timely and effective manner
• Tracking deliveries
• High levels of customer and public communication is required every 24 hours when necessary
• Handle and resolve complaints
• Provide quotations and delivery information
• Keep daily logs of customer and client communications, using in-house systems.
• Any other work as required.

Working Hours: Currently hours between 08:00 – 18:00; Through Peak Mid Nov – Dec, hours may be extended and Saturdays are mandatory.
