Jr CAD / Revit Technician

My client is an International MEP Building Services design consultancy, who are currently in the process of growing an already successful team. The London office are currently experiencing exceptional growth due to key project wins and repeat business. I am looking for a Jr CAD/Revit Technician who would like the opportunity to learn the industry and build an excellent career.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILIITIES

After initial training your principal responsibilities shall include:

-Production of 3D BIM Models of M & E Building Services installations
-Liaise with internal staff and clients ensuring drawing information is correct at the time of issue.
-Amend and update drawings as and when required
-Adhere to company drawing standards and procedures
-Assist in the training of more junior members of staff

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

-It is essential that candidates have experience in the production of M & E Building Services drawings with either consultants or contractors
-Must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD
-Some knowledge of 3D packages such as Revit, CADDUCT, Fabrication MEP, etc advantageous but not essential
-Good understanding of industry standard drawing office practices
