Our client, an independent building services practice, is currently looking for a CAD & Revit Technician who has experience in Mechanical and Electrical engineering to work within the Engineering team. The successful candidate would report to, and work closely with, Project Engineers and the CAD Manager on day to day basis.
This CAD & Revit Technician role will see you take on an array of new responsibility and duties, including:
Set up drawings and make them ready for team to work on
Review project files for compliance with standards/protocols
Assisting Engineers in drawing production
Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models
Helping to technically deliver CAD and/or BIM projects in the role of CAD or BIM coordinationTo be considered for this Technician role, you will ideally have:
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
Experience working in building services environment
Good knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering terminology
