Finance Consulting Manager

Salary: £90,000 – £102,000 per year

Experienced Finance Consulting Manager required by a Big 4 Management Consultancy.

Primarily working on the delivery of client engagements across Public Sector and Health, supporting Finance Transformation Programmes, inclusive of People, Process and Technology change.

You will also spend time supporting the development of the team and will be expected to contribution to sales origination.

Must Have:

* Consulting track record (ideally Big 4) with extensive experience & network within the Local Public Services market

* Experience of leading large-scale global technology-enabled Finance and wider transformation programmes from assessment and strategy through delivery

* Experience of leading the design and implementation of core finance technologies (ERP & EPM systems, RPA, AI)

* Experience of working with Microsoft / Oracle Finance based solutions

* Operating model re-design and experience of shared services and outsourcing

* Leading and developing teams

* Senior stakeholder management and relationship building

Desirable:

* Experience of Lean methodologies for process/ cost optimisation

* Formal accounting qualification or understanding of accounting principles/processes.

* Understanding of broader business services office processes and technology, i.e. HR, payroll, procurement, CRM
