Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
Anderson Knight is recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager for a company based in the West End of Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a practice background with post qualification experience in a commercially focused role in industry.
Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with an analytical mind to join their commercial finance team. The post holder will have one direct report. Personality and confidence is key in order to deal with the various stakeholders.
The main responsibilities the Commercial Finance Manager position entails are:
* Providing finance support & challenge to the operations team to drive performance and achieve business targets.
* Providing insightful analysis to aid commercial decision making.
* Investment appraisal and post project performance measurement.
* Identifying and recommending process improvements across the business and working with stakeholders
* Producing budgets and forecasts
* Management accounts preparation
In order to be considered for the role you must possess the following:
* An accountancy qualification (CIMA/CA/ACCA)
* Ideally a previous background in practice
* Strong communication skills
* A proactive approach to work
* The ability to solve complex problems
* An outgoing personality
* A driven/motivated individual
