HR Business Partner / Hrbp – Regional

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a hands on and proactive HR professional to provide a HR Service to assist in the implementation of the people strategy.

They are a leading provider of a 2 Man Home Delivery service across the UK and Ireland, delivering home furnishing products on behalf of major retailers and making over 1 million deliveries per year. They are an ambitious company with big plans for growth. Their aim is to achieve this by “getting it right first time, every time”, this is where they hope you can play a part.

This is a regional role where you will visit sites between Newcastle and Peterborough and manage key areas such as ER, absence, recruitment and accident damage. You will use your legislative knowledge to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and support Line Managers with all matters relating to HR including disciplinaries, absence and performance management to name a few. You will also support the management team in the delivery of any HR change activities such as restructures and TUPE as and when required.

Ideally CIPD qualified with significant experience in a HRBP multi-site role, you will have sound knowledge of employment and TUPE legislation, and have the ability to embrace and implement change strategies whilst supporting the management team.

Adept at working within a fast paced environment you will be confident in the management of complex, difficult and challenging situations as well as having experience of successfully juggling a variety of duties and managing sensitive and confidential information. Knowledge of Cascade of similar HR systems would be desirable.
