Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year
The Role:
Our clients, a digital printing company based in Southend are looking for an experienced Telesales Account Manager to join their growing company.
Duties will include:
• Generating and managing sales
• Contacting existing and lapsed clients form a database, updating the database as you go.
• Introduce new services and maximise cross selling opportunities
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships when providing estimates and quotes
• Visit clients at their premises when required
Candidate Specification:
The successful candidate MUST have previous telesales experience. You should also have/be:
• Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
• Good attention to details
• Both sales and account handling experience
• Negotiating skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Adobe design
Some knowledge of the print industry and the terminology surrounding it would be advantageous but is not essential.
Other Information
Working hours will be Mon-Friday on a shift pattern spread over three weeks consisting of shifts:
• 8am-4pm
• 12pm-8pm
• 10:30am-8:30pm
