We are looking for a pro-active client manager to partner with clients, develop strategies to drive ROI, provide solutions to add real value and retain our client portfolio.

As a business, we are constantly changing and our teams are continually growing; we need a client engagement manager, with some commercial experience, to understand the needs of our clients, present campaign strategies and deliver the best possible solution for our clients.

You will need some experience within sales, recruitment or a commercial account management role; years of experience aren’t important, it’s attitude that counts and the willingness to learn.

This is what we do

We create products for HR. Products that are innovative, easy to use and deliver high engagement for every one of our clients. High engagement is what makes our clients happy and that client number is growing fast. We currently work with over 1200 companies including American Express, Groupon, Yahoo!, IBM, and McDonald’s. Each client uses our core product SmartHub, an employee engagement platform which allows them to build an employee experience unique to their organisation.

You won’t always be able to talk to your manager or project team face to face as they may be off in another time zone at one of our other offices across the globe. If your team is in Australia, and you forget to turn off the alerts on your phone, you may be woken up in the wee hours of the morning because they’re still working. This is not a 9-5 job, and a 24/7 global business isn’t for everyone! We understand that Reward Gateway’s culture is not one size fits all, and we don’t take it personally!

  • 35 days holiday (including bank holidays) – Option to buy or sell an additional 5 starting from 1st July
