Temporary Part Time Customer Service Advisor

Temporary Ongoing Contract

My client is a global and well recognised leader within their industry. Due to a particularly busy period, they have an immediate requirement to extend their Customer Service Team based in Livingston. This will be on a temporary basis ongoing basis and may lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.

This role will be on a part time basis between Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Flexibility on hours depending on individual preference and will be discussed at interview stage.

Duties will include:

* Based within a call centre environment, you will deal with incoming calls from Customers
* Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times
* Resolve Customer query where possible, alternatively escalate call to relevant department
* Log call and record data in-house database
* Provide an efficient, welcoming, friendly and effective service to customers
* Take ownership and manage all customer issues e.g. deliveries, complaints, enquiries, credit control and financial issues

To be considered for this position, Candidates must have the following background and skills:

* Experience in a customer service environment is essential, either face to face or call centre
* Good level of keyboard/PC skills – including Microsoft Office
* Data entry experience, able to process data accurately
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Customer focused
