Salary: £24 – £30 per hour
2nd Line Support Analyst required for a manufacturing company. Initial 2 month contract, inside IR35.
Your new role
2nd Line Support Analyst required for a global manufacturing company on an initial 2 month contract. You will be providing 2nd line support to a user base of c50 employees on-site and 1000 employees based remotely. You will be supporting hardware and software issues for desktop and mobile devices.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experienced in desktop support
- Experienced with Windows 10, Office 365 applications
- SCCM experience
- Mobile devices (Apple and Android)
- AirWatch experience
What you’ll get in return
c£24 – £30 per hour (inside IR35 – umbrella rate)
Initial 2 month contract.
5 days on-site (Coventry)
